Plaintiff, Kathleen M. Denman, appeals from the dismissal of her claim against defendant, Great Western Railway Company. She asserts that the trial court erred in failing to enter a default judgment in her favor against Great Western following our remand after a previous appeal. See Denman v. Burlington Northern R.R. Co., 761 P.2d 244 (Colo. App. 1988). We conclude that the trial courts dismissal of plaintiffs claims against Great Western was not contrary to our remand order and was otherwise proper. Thus, we affirm its judgment.
