We granted appellants leave to file motion for rehearing in order to further consider appellants contention that the grand jury Commissioners in Dallas County, who appoint the grand jurors, were improperly selected over a period of time. This ground of error is multifarious, and contains no citations to the record, and therefore is not in compliance with Article 40.09, Section 9, Vernons Ann.C.C.P. However, in the interest of justice, it shall be reviewed.
